About the consultation

This consultation is not a generic solution but rather a personalized approach to your property and the goals you wish to achieve. Each report is unique, just like you are. By implementing the principles of traditional Feng shui Form, Compass and the most advanced Flying Stars schools, I aim to create an environment that attracts potential buyers and supports an effective sale.

As Feng Shui consultant I visit the residence to gather information to make comprehensive recommendations. The consultation includes:

• Property Visit ( Approx. 1 hr)

• Identify the most prosperous entry point

• On-site Qi (life force energy ) flow evaluation

• Recommendation for optimal placement of the Sale sign

• External landform analysis based on Form school principles which includes the way the home receives and retains Qi and the influence of the landscape in relation to your home and the occupants' life

• Internal Compass school analysis of the main entrance and spaces of interest.

• Internal Flying Star (Time & Space) analysis of the entrance based on information gathered at the site visit and the use of scale floor plans and construction date

• Recommendations on paths, doorways and the use of a water feature for wealth enhancement

• Recommendations for enhancements and remedies utilising shapes, colours, materials and traditional objects

• Optimum colours to use and furniture placement if needed

• Annual star assessment of the main entrance and wealth sector

• Report up to 10 pages

• A phone call to discuss recommendations

• Ongoing phone and email support (30 min)

Prior to consultation

In order for me to conduct an assessment, I need the following information provided prior to the initial consult :

• A4 up-to-scale floor plan of the building

• The year the home was built

• Filled questionnaire, which enables me to identify your unique needs, and concerns. It will be sent to you once the consultation is booked
