I will evaluate various factors such as the orientation of the land, surrounding landscape, and the flow of energy to ensure that your dream home is situated in an auspicious and beneficial place and that the function of each space aligns with the necessary energy to enhance balance and harmony in the future home.

On-site Qi (life force energy ) flow evaluation
External landform analysis based on Form school principles which includes the way the home receives and retains Qi and the influence of the landscape in relation to your land/future and the occupants' life
Internal - Compass school analysis of the floor plan (optimum location for different room-bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms etc.)
Ming Gua numbers to assess the most auspicious directions for the occupant to sleep, work or study.
Internal Flying Star (Time & Space) analysis of the floor plan based on the future construction date
Recommendations for the use and design of your interior space - including the location of the main entrance, living rooms, stove, bedrooms and wet areas
Recommendations on paths, doorways and the use of a water feature for wealth enhancement
Recommendations for enhancements and remedies utilising shapes, colours, materials and traditional objects

The year the home was built
Filled questionnaire, which enables me to identify your unique needs, and concerns. It will be sent to you once the consultation is booked
DOB of the occupants to calculate your most auspicious directions to sleep, work and rest.
